摘  要:水下阀门是水下采油树及水下管汇的关键部件,在水下采油设备中发挥着重要作用。但水下阀门完全依靠进口的局面对油气田开发成本、进度控制以及阀门后期维护保养均极为不利,可能成为制约我国深水油气资源开发的瓶颈。基于我国南海某气田群开发项目对水下阀门的要求,根据相关标准规范的规定,介绍了水下闸阀和水下球阀的主要技术要求,从设计、制造和测试3个方面探讨了水下阀门研制中的关键技术,并提出了水下阀门国产化的建议。Subsea valve is a key component of subsea tree and manifold and plays an important role in subsea production equipment. The complete dependence on imports of subsea valves are extremely unfavorable for oilfield development costs control, schedule control and post-maintenance of valves, and may become a bottleneck restric-ting the development of China^ deep-water oil and gas resources. Based on the requirements for subsea valves in a gas field development project of South China Sea, the main technical requirements of subsea gate valves and subsea ball valves are introduced according to the relevant standards and regulations. The key technologies of subsea valve for its design, manufacturing and testing have been discussed. The proposal of localization of subsea valve has been put forward. The study has an important guiding significance for the localization of subsea valves.
