摘  要:为加快浙江清洁能源示范省建设,提出了一种加权熵模型的电网清洁性评价方法,从节能与清洁角度对电网进行综合评价研究。利用模糊数学及加权熵方法对各关注因素进行建模,综合归纳、发展了电网节能减排5类主要评价指标,设立潜在牵制边界,合理解决单向偏离问题。提供了一种以区域电网节能减排属性为基准的电网多方案比较梳理遴选模型,该模型导向明确,涵盖范围全面,有利于对比及综合量化各方面影响因素,快速得到区域系统清洁性评价。In order to accelerate the construction of clean energy demonstration province in Zhejiang province,this paper proposes a weighted entropy model for evaluating the cleanliness of power grid from the view of energy saving and cleanliness. The fuzzy mathematics and weighted entropy method are used to model each interested factors, and five main evaluation indexes of energy saving and emission reduction are developed and summarized to set up potential containment boundary and reasonably handle unilateral departure. This paper provides a grid selection and comparison model based on the attribute of energy saving and emission reduction of regional power grid, which has clear orientation and full coverage, and be used to compare and evaluate influencing factors and rapidly conclude cleanliness evaluation of regional networks.
