美国高校学生事务管理的研究与启示——以伊利诺伊大学香槟分校为例

摘　　要：学生事务管理在高等教育管理中占据重要席位。美国高校学生事务管理经历了萌芽阶段、成熟阶段、变革阶段,现已进入新发展阶段,具有组织机构扁平化、管理手段信息化、管理队伍专业化、保障体系法治化的特点。我国在借鉴美国成熟经验的基础上,可从队伍建设、管理体制、人才培养的角度出发,进一步注重学生工作队伍的专业化和职业化发展,探索构建扁平化组织体系与服务化的内容体系,全面实施以学生为主体的工作长效机制。Student affairs management occupies an important position in the management of higher education. In American universities and colleges,after the germination stage,the mature stage,and the change stage,the student affairs management now is entering into a new stage of development. And there are some obvious characteristics with the flat organizations,the informationization management,the professional management team,the legal system of security specialization. We can learn from the mature experiences from America from team building,talent cultivation and management system,we should pay more attention to the professionalization of students' work team,explore the content system of constructing the flattening organization system and the service system,and implement fully the long-term effective student-centered mechanism.
