摘  要:结合140kt/a MTBE装置脱硫系统运行情况,介绍了脱硫塔增加注入脱硫吸附剂对MTBE硫含量作用效果、脱硫塔能源消耗的变化、脱硫塔操作条件、操作参数的变化、运行状态以及对节能降耗的影响。结果表明,增加注入加氢改质装置产品柴油作脱硫吸附剂后,对MTBE产品中轻硫组分影响很小,对重硫组分影响很大。Combined with the operation status of the desulfurizing unit of the 140kt/a MTBE plant, this paper introduced the effectof adding injection of desulfurizing adsorbent into desulfurizing tower on MTBE sulfur content, change of desulfurizing tower energyconsumption, operation condition, operating state and energy-saving and consumption reduction. The result showed that addinginjection of hydro-upgrading unit diesel as desulfurizing adsorbent has less influence on light sulfur components in MTBE productand has significant influence on its heavy components.
