摘  要:提高电力系统可靠性能的重要措施是提高该系统元件的可靠性能。优化断口间绝缘结构,改善介质状况,增强热膨胀效应,可以促进断路器开断性能的提升。通过压气室和热膨胀室容积的设计计算,该断路器大电流的开断性能得到保证;借助电场分析软件,人们可以进行断路器关键部位电场强度计算、分析及优化;通过对气流通道的优化,膨胀室热气体的气吹效率得到加强,介质状况进一步改善。最后,利用型式试验对优化后的自能式灭弧室进行验证,为后续产品研发提供技术参考。An important measure to improve the reliability of the power system is to improve the reliability of the components of the system. From the aspects of optimization of insulation structure, improvement of medium condition and enhancement of thermal expansion, the improvement of breaking performance of circuit breaker is promoted in this paper. Through the air chamber and the thermal expansion calculation of chamber volume, the circuit breaker current interrupting performance is guaranteed; by means of electric field analysis software, the calculation, the key parts of the circuit breaker field strength analysis and optimization; optimization of the flow channel, the expansion chamber hot gas blowing efficiency has been strengthened, further improvements in the media. Finally, the type test is used to verify the optimized self - energy arc extinguishing chamber, which provides technical reference for the follow-up product research and development.
