摘　　要：随着国家产权制度改革的进一步深化,农村地区不动产登记及交易日渐频繁,林权登记需求逐渐强烈。由于林权登记的历史原因,林权登记如何纳入不动产登记成为大部分不动产登记机构急需解决的业务问题。本文试图结合不动产登记试点工作经验,在分析林权登记历史原因及登记法律适用的基础上,提出林权登记纳入不动产登记的工作建议。With the further deepening of the reform of state property rights system, the registration and transaction of real estate in rural areas are becoming more and more frequent, and the demand for forest property registration is gradually strong. Due to the historical reasons of forest property registration, how to incorporate forest property registration into real estate registration has become the urgent business problem for most real estate registration institutions. This paper attempts to combine the real estate registration pilot work experience, on the basis of analyzing the historical reasons of forest property registration and the application of registration law, put forward the forest rights registration into the real estate registration work recommendations.
