摘  要:国内某农化企业2-氯-5-甲基吡啶精馏塔再沸器换热管发生腐蚀泄漏。经过现场调研,再沸器结构分析、生产工艺分析、腐蚀率核算,腐蚀形貌及腐蚀产物分析等工作,结果表明,再沸器316L不锈钢换热管内壁发生了严重的均匀腐蚀,腐蚀率高达42mm/a;管内物料中所含的少量HCl和0.2%H_2O反应生成高浓度的盐酸,在150℃高温下,对316L不锈钢产生极强的均匀腐蚀;换热管上部内壁出现了空泡腐蚀,致使再沸器换热管腐蚀程度从下部到上部依次加重。Corrosion Leakage occurred in rectifier reboiler heat exchange tube in 2-Chloro-5-Methylpyridine Distillation of a domestic Agro-Chemical company. After field investigation, structure analysis, production process analysis, corrosion rate accounting, corrosion morphology and corrosion products analysis results show that the reboiler 316 L stainless steel heat exchanger tube inner wall had a serious uniform corrosion with a high corrosion rate 42 mm/a. A small amount of HCl and 0.2% H_2O contained in the tube react to form a high concentration of hydrochloric acid, which produced extremely strong and uniform corrosion on the 316 L stainless steel at a high temperature of 150℃. Cavitation corrosion appeared on the inner wall of the upper part of the heat exchange tube, resulting in reboiler heat tube corrosion levels from the lower to the upper increase in turn.
