摘　　要：汽车排气系统零部件在高温和强腐蚀性环境中工作,在选材时应注意零部件需经受高温氧化和高温热疲劳、外部盐蚀、焊缝处腐蚀和冷凝液腐蚀,通常采用铁素体不锈钢。本文推荐了汽车排气系统各部位的选材,并分析焊缝部位较易产生腐蚀的原因,提出了焊缝处防腐性能提升方案。The parts of automobile exhaust system in high temperature and corrosive environment, the material should be paid attention to when the parts need to be subjected to high temperature oxidation and thermal fatigue, salt corrosion of outdoor environment and condensate corrosion, usually using ferritic stainless steel. This paper recommendeds the parts of the automobile exhaust system and analyzes the reasons for the corrosion of the weld joints,and puts forward the plan for the improvement of corrosion resistance of the weld.
