摘 要:大功率汽油发电机组工作时,发动力燃烧汽油过程中消音器产生热量辐射给发电机,直接提高了发电机的温升,使其在工作时温度较高,绕组损耗较大,影响发电机使用寿命和调压精度。针对该问题,对高低温物体间的热传递进行了分析,结合MHDT13500发电机组隔热现状,提出一种多段式隔热结构,对其进行传热计算、有限元分析软件模拟隔热效果,并经过实际测试验证,结果表明本设计相对于原罩式隔热,发电机表面温度降低约33%,提高了发电机的效率和冷热态电压变化率的稳定性。Big power gasoline generator set has huge heat emission via silencer during combustion process,it will directly increase the temperature rise of the genset and the winding losses increased accordingly,it was a negative factor to the alternator life time and decreased the voltage adjustment precision. In view of this problem,the heat transfer between high and low temperature objects was analyzed,combined with the present situation of heat insulation of MHDT13500 generator set,a multi-stage heat insulation structure was proposed,the heat transfer calculation was carried out and the finite element analysis software simulates the heat insulation effect,after the actual test,the results show that compared with the original cover insulation,the design reduces the surface temperature of the generator by about 33%,which improves the efficiency of the generator and the stability of the rate of change of the cold and hot voltage.
