摘　　要：随着城乡建设的飞速发展,城乡规划监督管理的科学性、准确性日益引起各方的关注和重视。目前规划检验测绘生产的信息化程度不高,效率偏低。本文结合珠海市规划检验制度的具体要求设计和制定规则库,以EPS2012作为数据处理平台,提出了基于规则库方式的城乡规划检验测绘数据处理方法。经生产验证,该方法与传统数据处理方式相比,在集成度、生产效率、数据质量等方面均有很大程度的提升。With the rapid development of urban and rural construction,the scientificity and accuracy of supervision and administration of urban and rural planning is paid more and more attention. Because of low information level of planning inspection and mapping production at present,the efficiency is low. Combined with the specifications of Zhuhai planning inspection system,rule base is designed and developed,on the data processing platform EPS2012,a new urban and rural planning inspection and mapping data processing methods is presented based on the rule base in this paper. Compared with the traditional data processing methods,this methods in such aspects as integration,production efficiency,data quality and so on has a lot of progress through production verification.
