摘　　要：基于实现人防工程图、属、档一体化管理的目的,针对人防工程管理方式落后、数据格式多样、数据不一致性等问题,通过空间数据库、多源数据集成、空间数据符号化技术,构建人防工程图形、属性、档案信息的一体化管理的总体设计方案;最后通过建设"济南市人防工程信息数据库系统"进行具体应用,验证了人防工程图、属、档一体化管理技术设计的可行性,为人防工程图、属、档一体化管理提供了一个良好的解决方案。Based on the purpose of civil-defence-engineering figure and in view of the backwardness of civil-defence-engineering management,data format,data inconsistency and other issues,the paper puts forward the design of civil-defence-engineering figure,genus and file integrated management by using the spatial database,multi-source data integration and data symbolization technology. The " Jinan City Civil-defence-engineering Information Database System" was established based on the Arc GIS platform to verify the feasibility of civil-defence-engineering figure,genus and file integrated management. It provides a good solution for civil air defense project management and application.
