陈汉光的治黎措施及其评价与再认识

摘　　要：民国时期,陈汉光曾对黎区展开过全面的治理。其治黎措施可概括为15个方面。不同历史时期对陈汉光治黎措施的评价不同,总体说对陈汉光的治黎措施应予以基本肯定,而非是从前的全盘否定或基本否定。During the period of the Republic of China,Chen Han-guang had carried out comprehensive governance in Li District. The article summarizes his fifteen measures which receive different evaluations in different historical periods,and concludes that the measures should be basically affirmed rather than totally negated or basically negated in the past.
