摘 要:从上世纪以来,我国金属转炉行业迅速发展,每年的冶金工业产量位居世界前列,但是,随着众多金属转炉企业生产总量的增长,工业用水量、用电量、燃料消耗量越来越高,同时,对环境的污染也越来越严重。本文主要论述了转炉中除尘水系统的工艺流程、水质的特点,依托水质的硬度、悬浮物及其pH值等这几项控制指标控制转炉中堵塞系统的现象,并针对这些控制指标的超标原因进行详细分析,以及利用化合物碳酸钠对结垢、堵塞物软化,解决转炉除尘水系统出现的问题。Since the last century, the rapid development of industry of our country metal converter, annual production of metallurgical industry in the world, but, as the growth of the total numerous enterprises metal converter, industrial water consumption, electricity consumption, fuel consumption is higher and higher, at the same time, the environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious. This article mainly discusses the converter dust removal water system in the process, the characteristics of water quality, relying on the hardness of water quality, suspended matter and pH value of this a few measures of control in the control of converter jam phenomenon in the system, and aims at the control index of detailed analysis, and to take advantage of compound sodium carbonate scaling, clogs softening, to solve the problems about dust removing water of converter system.
