摘　　要：本文以湖南省极具特色和优势的有色、贵金属共(伴)生矿产资源为研究对象,从资源现状、资源开发与综合利用等方面进行了系统研究,全面摸清了湖南省有色、贵金属共(伴)生矿产资源情况及禀赋特征,分析了湖南省有色、贵金属共(伴)生矿产资源开发及综合利用情况,指出了湖南省在有色、贵金属共(伴)生矿产资源开发及综合利用中存在的问题并提出了合理建议。Based on the features and advantages of hunan province nonferrous and precious metal mineral resources were born（with） as the research object, from the resource present situation, development and comprehensive utilization of resources and so on has carried on the system research, comprehensive and the hunan province nonferrous and precious metal mineral resources（partner） raw and endowment characteristics, analyzes the hunan province nonferrous and precious metals（with） raw mineral resources development and comprehensive utilization, points out that the hunan province in the non-ferrous and precious metals（partner） born in comprehensive utilization of mineral resources development and existing problems and put forward reasonable Suggestions.
