摘　　要：针对轴套精度高,壁薄,变形难以控制等问题,对轴套的工艺进行了改进,调整了工艺工序,详细记录离子氮化变形量,找出变形规律,保证了零件的合格率。Aiming at the problems of high accuracy,thin wall and difficult deformation control,the process of shaft sleeve is improved,the technological process is adjusted,the amount of ion nitriding deformation is recorded in detail,the deformation rules are found out,and the qualification rate of parts is ensured.
