预防性护理对老年呼吸内科患者院内感染控制效果及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究预防性护理对老年呼吸内科患者院内感染控制效果及生活质量的影响。方法:回顾性分析2016年2月~2017年2月我院老年呼吸内科收治的老年患者80例,根据随机数字表法等分为研究组和对照组,对照组患者予以常规护理;研究组患者则予以预防性护理。分别比较两组患者感染发生情况、护理前后心理状态、患者满意度以及护理前后生活质量(QOL)评分。结果:研究组患者感染发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后研究组SAS,SDS评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组患者满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后研究组与对照组QOL评分均高于护理前,但研究组明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:预防性护理对老年呼吸内科患者院内感染的控制效果显著,且能有效缓解患者负性情绪,提高满意度,改善生活质量。Objective： To study the influence of preventive nursing on the controlling effects on infection controlling in hospital and living quality of elder patients in respiratory medicine department. Methods： To analyze retrospectively 80 cases of elder patients cured in respiratory medicine department in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017,divide them into research group and control group according to the table of random number. Patients in control group were given regular nursing,while patients in research group were given preventive nursing. Compare the score of the situation of infection,mental state after and before nursing,patient satisfaction and the score of quality of life（ QOL） after and before nursing between the two groups. Results： The rate of infecting of research group was higher than that of control group（ P〈 0. 05）. The score of SAS and SDS of research group after nursing were obviously lower than that of control group（ P 〈0. 05）,while patients in research group satisfaction were higher than that of control group（ P 〈0. 05）. The score of QOL of the research group and the control group after nursing was higher than that before nursing. However,research group was higher than that of control group. Difference was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： It was founded that the preventive nursing was significantly effective on the controlling of infecting in elder patients of respiratory medicine department to ease the negative emotion of patients,increase satisfaction,and improve the quality of life.
