奥伦自理模式在老年上肢骨折康复期患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨不同护理模式对老年上肢骨折康复期患者中的临床效果差异。方法:选取我院骨科收治的2015年7月~2016年12月骨折患者422例,随机将其等分成研究组和对照组,分别给予奥伦自理模式护理和常规护理,对两组患者护理前后的HAMA评分和HAMD评分结果、护理后的治疗积极性进行比较。结果:护理前,两组患者的HAMA评分和HAMD评分水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理干预后,两组患者的HAMA评分和HAMD评分均得到不同程度改善,但研究组患者的得分水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗积极性显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:奥伦自理模式护理能够有效改善老年上肢骨折康复期患者的心理状态,显著提升患者临床治疗积极性,有效改善患者的生活质量和预后,是临床护理实践中的理想方式之一。Objective： To explore the clinical effect difference of different nursing model on aged patients in recovery stage after upper limb fracture. Methods： To select 422 cases of fracture patients cured in orthopedics department of our hospital from July 2015 to December 2016,and randomly divide them into research group and control group,and respectively given Orem self-care model nursing and routine nursing. Compare HAMA score and HAMD score of patients before and after nursing between the two groups,and compare treatment enthusiasm after nursing between the two groups. Results： Before nursing,compare HAMA score and HAMD score between the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant（ P〉 0. 05）. After nursing intervention,HAMA score and HAMD score in the two groups had both increased,but score of research group was obviously lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. Treatment enthusiasm in research group was obviously better than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Orem self-care model nursing could effectively improve psychological state of aged patients in recovery stage after upper limb fracture,significantly increase patients＇ clinical treatment enthusiasm,and validly improve patients＇ quality of life and prognosis,which is one ideal model in clinical nursing practice.
