摘　　要：目的:探讨起搏器植入术后囊袋感染患者的心理变化情况,总结心理疏导的方法。方法:回顾性分析2014年2月~2016年12月因起搏器植入术后囊袋感染在本院接受治疗的60例患者的临床资料,分析囊袋感染原因、临床特征及囊袋感染后患者心理状况的变化,并对患者展开针对性的心理疏导,采取焦虑、抑郁评分表评估干预前后患者心理状况的变化情况,同时应用生活质量评价表评估干预前后患者不同维度生活质量的改善情况。结果:心理疏导后患者焦虑评分、抑郁评分明显低于心理疏导前(P<0.05)。心理疏导后患者各维度生活质量评分均高于心理疏导前(P<0.05)。结论:起搏器植入术后囊袋感染是多种因素共同作用的结果,是加重患者负性情绪反应的相关因素,采取有效的心理疏导措施,可降低患者焦虑、抑郁反应,并优化其生活质量,值得推广。Objective： To explore the psychological changes for pocket infection patients after pacemaker implantation to summarize psychological counseling methods. Methods： To retrospectively analyze clinical data of 60 cases of patients with pocket infection after pacemaker implantation that cured in our hospital from February 2014 to December 2016. Analyze reason of pocket infection,clinical features and psychological changes of patients after pocket infection,and at the same time,apply quality of life evaluation sheet to evaluate the improvement conditions for different dimensions before and after intervention. Results： Scores of anxiety and depression of patients after psychological counseling were obviously lower than before（ P〈 0. 05）. Scores of quality of life for different dimensions after psychological counseling were all higher than before（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Pocket infection after pacemaker implantation is the result of multi factors,and it is a relevant factor that aggravates patients＇ negative emotion,so apply valid psychological counseling measures could reduce patients＇ anxiety and depression,and improve their quality of life,so it deserves promotion.
