摘　　要：目的:探讨健康赋权增能理论对社区脑卒中失能老人康复效果的影响,为社区护士管理脑卒中失能老人的家庭康复工作提供参考依据。方法:将医院双向转诊至社区健康服务中心的80例脑卒中失能老人随机等分为对照组和干预组。对照组给予社区常规护理,干预组在常规护理的基础上通过健康赋权增能理论指导护理工作,护士进入家庭进行有效的健康教育,改变老人对康复效果的认知,并与其一起制定个性化的康复训练计划及目标,然后对老人进行相应的健康赋权,定期帮助指导及督导老人进行康复。比较两组脑卒中失能老人的日常生活能力、焦虑程度、社会活动情况。结果:干预组脑卒中失能老人干预后的日常生活能力、焦虑程度及社会活动情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过进行健康赋权增能理论指导护理工作,可提高脑卒中失能老人的家庭康复效果。Objective To explore the influence of health empowerment theory on the recovery of stroke disabled elders in community and to provide reference evidence for community nurses to manage the family rehabilitation work of stroke disabled elder. Methods： To apply 80 cases of stroke disabled elders dual referral from hospital to community health service center,and randomly divide them into control group and intervention group. Observation group was given community routine nursing,while except for routine nursing,intervention group was also given nursing guided by health empowerment theory,in which nurses visit disabled elders to teach effective health education and change elders＇ knowledge on recovery effect and together make personalized recovery exercise plan and goal. Then make relevant health empowerment on elders,and help to guide and supervise elders to take recovery exercise at regular intervals.Compare elders＇ activities of daily life,anxiety degree and social activities condition between the two groups. Results： Disabled elders with stroke activities of daily life,anxiety degree and social activities condition in intervention group were better than those in control group,and it was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Nursing guided by health empowerment theory could improve the family rehabilitation effect for stroke disabled elders.
