心理护理联合康复锻炼对脑卒中恢复期偏瘫患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨心理护理联合康复锻炼对脑卒中恢复期偏瘫患者的影响效果。方法:选择我院2013年5月~2016年12月收治的80例脑卒中偏瘫患者作为研究对象,按照数字表随机将患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组36例采用传统康复干预措施,观察组44例在此基础上采用心理护理和早期康复锻炼,比较两组患者心理健康状态、日常活动能力、认知功能及生活质量。结果:观察组焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者简易运动功能、智能量表评分高于对照组,两组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的生活质量评分高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心理护理联合早期康复锻炼能有效改善患者肢体运动障碍,提高患者接受功能锻炼的依从性和生活质量,在脑卒中偏瘫患者的康复中具有较高应用价值。Objective： To explore the effect of mental nursing combined with rehabilitation exercise on stroke patients with hemiplegia in recovery stage.Methods： To select 80 cases of stroke patients with hemiplegia cured in our hospital from May 2013 to December 2016 as research objectives,and divide them into control group and observation group according to random number table method. 36 cases in control group were given traditional recovery intervention,while 44 cases in observation group,based on traditional intervention,were also given mental nursing and early stage rehabilitation exercise,and compare mental health state,daily mobility,cognitive function and quality of life. Results： Scores of anxiety and depression in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. Simple movement function and score of intelligent scale in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. Score of quality of life in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Mental nursing combined with rehabilitation exercise could effectively improve patients＇ limbs dyskinesia,increase patients＇ treatment compliance and quality of life,and it has high application value in the recovery of stroke patients with hemiplegia.
