摘　　要：目的:探讨早期康复护理对心脏瓣膜置换术后患者生活质量的影响。方法:选取行心脏瓣膜置换手术的患者48例,将其随机等分为试验组和对照组。对照组实施常规护理,试验组在常规护理的基础上实施早期康复护理。比较两组患者术后30 d的心功能情况和生活质量。结果:试验组患者整体心功能明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组患者在生理机能、躯体疼痛、一般健康状况、精力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对心脏瓣膜置换术后患者实施早期康复护理有利于患者心功能恢复,提高患者生活质量。Objective: To explore the effect of of early rehabilitation nursing on life quality of patients after heart valve replacement. Methods: A total of 48 patients who underwent heart valve replacement surgery were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The patients of the control group were treated with routine nursing,while the patients of the observation group were treated with early rehabilitation nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The cardiac function and life quality of the two groups at 30 days after operation were compared. Results: The overall cardiac function of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group( P < 0. 05),and the physiological function,body pain,general health,vitality,social function,emotional function and mental health in the observation group were better than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Early rehabilitation nursing for patients after heart valve replacement is beneficial to the recovery of cardiac function and the improvement of life quality.
