摘 要:散热系数的确定是利用简化公式法计算水轮发电机转子线圈平均温升的关键因素。本文分析已有水轮发电机转子线圈散热系数局限性和适用范围,并基于CFD数值仿真结果拟合了转子线圈新的散热系数关联式,进而利用获得的关联式计算了一些类似结构转子线圈平均温升,并与试验结果进行了对比。结果表明,新获得的水轮发电机转子线圈散热系数关联式满足工程应用要求。Heat transfer coefficient is the key factor to calculate the average temperature of hydro-generator rotor coil. This paper analyzes the limitations and the scope of application of the existing heat transfer coefficients of hydro-generator rotor coil and fits a new heat transfer coefficient correlation of rotor coil basing on CFD numerical simulation results. Moreover, the average temperature of some rotor coil with similar structure is calculated using the obtained correlation and compared with the test results. The result shows that the new obtained heat transfer coefficient correlation of hydro-generator rotor coil suffers the requirements of engineering application.
