城乡生源大学生父母养育方式与健康生活方式的相关性比较

摘　　要：目的通过对比城乡生源大学生在父母养育方式和健康生活方式方面的联系与区别,为大学生健康教育提供针对性建议。方法随机抽取512名大学生,进行现场作答并回收问卷,采用SPSS 17.0进行t检验和Pearson相关分析。结果农村大学生和城镇大学生在父亲的情感温暖、母亲的情感温暖、母亲的过度保护方面差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,两者在压力管理行为、生命欣赏行为方面差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对于农村生源大学生,父亲的过度保护(r=0.25,P<0.01)和母亲的过度保护(r=0.22,P<0.01)与健康危害行为呈正相关。而城镇生源大学生,父亲的过度保护与人际关系行为呈正相关(r=0.17,P<0.01),母亲的过度保护与压力管理行为呈正相关(r=0.13,P<0.05)。结论农村生源大学生和城镇生源大学生在父母养育方式和健康生活方式上差异具有统计学意义。但母亲的情感温暖对两者健康生活方式的养成均具有正向影响。Objective To provide pertinent suggestions for health behavior education of college students by studying the correlation of parental rearing patterns and health lifestyle between the rural and urban students in college.Methods 512 college students were randomly selected as a sample in a questionnaire survey.T-test and Pearson correlation analysis were performed using SPSS 17.0 software.Results There were significant differences in scores of father's emotional warmth,mother's emotional warmth,mother's over protection between the rural and urban students(P<0.05).Statistically significant differences were also found between the rural and urban students on pressure management behavior and life appreciation behavior(P<0.05).For rural students,apositive correlation was found between parents' over protection and health-risking behavior:father's over protection correlation(r=0.25,P<0.01),mother's over protection correlation(r=0.22,P<0.01).And for urban students,apositive correlation was found between father's over protection and relationship behavior(r=0.17,P<0.01).And mother's over protection was positively related to pressure management behavior(r=0.13,P<0.05).Conclusion There are significant differences in scores of parental rearing patterns and health lifestyle between the rural and urban students.Mother's emotional warmth has a positive impact on health lifestyle for both rural and urban college students.
