2006—2015年某综合医院网络直报传染病疫情分析

摘　　要：目的对某综合医院2006—2015年网络直报传染病疫情进行分析,为制定传染病防控措施提供科学依据。方法通过网络直报系统对2006—2015年某综合医院报告的传染病疫情进行描述性分析,统计其在发病情况、病种分类及传播途径等方面的特点。结果医院在2006—2015年共报告乙类传染病25种38 340例(83.87%),丙类传染病9种7 375例(16.13%),没有甲类传染病报告;报告前6位的法定传染病依次为乙肝、手足口病、梅毒、肺结核、丙肝、艾滋病。从传染病报告趋势看,2006—2010年呈明显上升趋势,随后下降明显,2012年出现小高峰后持续下降。结论乙型病毒性肝炎为该医院成人报告最常见传染病,性传播疾病、手足口病和肺结核的发病人数逐年上升,应作为今后传染病防治工作的重点。Objective To provide scientific evidence for infectious disease control and prevention through analyzing the data of infectious diseases collected by direct network reporting method in one comprehensive hospital from 2006 to 2015.Methods Through the direct network reporting system,descriptive method was used to analyze the data of infectious diseases,including the incidence,diseases classification and transmission route,etc.Results A total of 45 715 cases,including 38 340 category-B(83.87%)and 7 375 category-C(16.13%)infectious disease cases were reported between2006 and 2015.The top six infectious diseases were hepatitis B,hand,foot and mouth disease,syphilis,tuberculosis,hepatitis C,and AIDS.In the view of the time trend,there was an upward trend from 2006 to 2010,while a downward trend from 2010 to 2015.Conclusion Hepatitis B is the most common infectious disease in this hospital.The number of patients with sexually transmitted diseases,hand foot mouth disease and pulmonary tuberculosis is increasing year by year.Therefore,the priority of our job in the future should be focused on the prevention and control of these diseases.
