摘 要:为了探究用氧含量来评价铁水球化孕育效果的方法,使用氧浓差电池在线检测法研究了球墨铸铁不同球化状态铁水制备过程中的氧含量。结果表明,在铁水中氧活度αo和氧电势Eo对铁水含氧状态表征上存在差异。通过对浓差电池法铁水氧含量检测热力学和铸铁石墨球化冶金原理分析,可知温度和氧平衡状态是导致αo和Eo测试出现偏差的主要因素。分析了单参数方法(αo)评价球化率的不足,给出了双参数法(αo和Eo)来评价球化率,并初步阐述了其冶金意义。In order to explore the evaluation method of nodularization effect in iron melting through oxygen content,the active oxygen content was tested on-line in the preparation of nodularized melting with different nodularizing status by oxygen concentration cell.The results showed that there was an obvious difference between oxygen activity αoand oxygen potential Eoin the characterization of oxygen content status in the iron melting.By thermodynamics and metallurgical theory analysis of the oxygen concentration cell and graphite spheroidization in iron melting,the testing temperature and oxygen balance status in the iron melting might be the main causes leading to the difference between αoand Eo.Accordingly,the disadvantage of single parameter method by αoto evaluation spheroidization rate was analyzed,and simultaneously the two-parameter method combined αowith Eowas investigated for nodularization evaluation.Finally,the metallurgical implications of the αoand Eowere further explained.
