摘 要:永磁直驱风电机组变桨轴承与轮毂联接部位是风机运行机械故障率较高的区域。为此,针对某永磁直驱风电机组变桨轴承与轮毂联接螺栓的受力问题,建立了完整的轮毂、变桨轴承及联接螺栓模型,基于GL规范分析了静态有限元分析法的边界条件加载方法,并讨论了采用动态有限元仿真方法预测螺栓的疲劳寿命的可行性。提出了变桨轴承与轮毂联接螺栓受力的试验研究方法,为后续实验奠定了基础。The connected part of variable pitch bearing and hub in permanent magnet direct-driven wind turbine is the area with high failure rate under operation. Thus,aiming at the force problem of connecting bolts of variable pitch bearing and hub in permanent magnet direct-driven wind turbine,the complete models of hub,variable pitch bearing and connecting bolts were built in the paper. The boundary condition and loading method of static finite element method is analyzed based on GL specification. The feasibility of predicting the fatigue life of bolts using dynamic finite element simulation is discussed. The experimental research method of force on connecting bolts of variable pitch bearing and hub was proposed and laid the foundation of future experiments.
