桦褐孔菌醇提物对MFC胃癌荷瘤小鼠抑瘤作用及免疫调节的初步探讨

摘　　要：为研究桦褐孔菌醇提物对MFC胃癌荷瘤小鼠免疫调节和对肿瘤的抑制作用,为研制抗肿瘤新药提供实验依据。将桦褐孔菌醇提物以每日200、100、50 mg/kg的剂量灌胃给MFC胃癌荷瘤小鼠,观察不同剂量桦褐孔菌醇提物对MFC胃癌荷瘤小鼠体重的影响以及抑制肿瘤生长的作用;观察各组小鼠胸腺指数和脾指数的变化。发现桦褐孔菌醇提物提高免疫和抑瘤的作用呈量效关系,其中高剂量组对免疫功能影响和抑制肿瘤生长作用最佳。To study the immunomodulation and inhibitory effect on tumor in MFC gastric cancer and tumor,and provide experimental basis for the development of antitumor drugs. The alcohol extract of inonotus obliquus to 200,100,50 mg/kg daily dose lavage to MFC tumor-burdened mice gastric carcinoma,to observe different doses alcohol extract of inonotus obliquus,the effect of weight on the MFC stomach tumor-burdened mice and inhibit the growth of tumor. The changes of the thymic index and the spleen index were observed. The effect of betulin is effective in improving immunity and tumor inhibition,and the high dose group has the best effect on immune function and tumor growth.
