摘  要:在传统硬币清分机的基础上,进行了计数、辨伪、包装等功能的复合,设计了一种综合性强、成本低廉、环境适应力强的桌面式硬币分拣机器。该设计采用曲柄滑块机构实现了对硬币的推送,利用不同硬币在直径上的区别对硬币进行分拣,基于电涡流原理进行硬币辨伪,使用DM-S1417红外传感器进行硬币计数。该硬币分拣机在分拣与辨伪方式上进行了改进,通过实验测试不同高度下真币与伪币的区分度,得出传感器探头与硬币表面垂直距离为5 mm时,区分度有最大值。通过样机验证分析,效率与分辨准确性均得到有效提高。The paper presents a coin sorting machine which synthesisthe functions of counting,distinguishing and packing. The machine was designed into having high omnibus,low-cost and highly adaptable to a variety of working conditions. This design used the crank-slider mechanism and the feature that different coin have different radius to transport and separate the coins. The infrared sensor was used to count the number of the coins. By using the eddy sensor which based on the principle of eddy current,this design can distinguish the spurious coins among the real coins.By testing the distinguishing degree of authentic coins and counterfeit coins at different heights,the result shows that when the vertical distance between sensor probe and coin surface is 5 mm,the discrimination degree is the largest value.Compared to the traditional ways,the working of the machine was improved. Through the analysis of the experimental data,the efficiency and accurate sorting have been improved.
