细菌性阴道病BV蓝快速检测的应用分析

摘　　要：运用BV蓝快速诊断试剂检测阴道分泌物唾液酸酶活性,观察其在细菌性阴道病(BV)诊断中的价值。对287例阴道分泌物标本进行Amsel法、BV蓝快速诊断试剂,以Amsel法为金标准,评价BV蓝快速检测的应用价值。与Amsel法相比较,BV蓝检测法检测的灵敏度93.85%,特异度96.81%,阳性预测值96.06%,阴性预测值95%,总有效率为95.47%。说明BV蓝快速诊断试剂是一种酶活性检测试剂,与传统的检测方法相比,其具备了检测速度快、操作简捷特点,具有极高的敏感性和特异性,适合细菌性阴道病的筛查与诊断,有一定的推广价值。The sialidase activity of vaginal secretions was detected by BV blue rapid diagnostic reagent,and its value in the diagnosis of bacterial vaginosis(BV) was observed. Amsel method and BV blue rapid diagnostic reagent were used in 287 specimens of vaginal discharge. Amsel method was used as the gold standard to evaluate the value of BV blue rapid test. Compared with the Amsel method,the sensitivity of BV blue assay was 93. 85%,the specificity was96. 81%,the positive predictive value was 96. 06%,the negative predictive value was 95%,and the total effective rate was 95. 47%. BV blue rapid diagnostic reagent is an enzyme activity detection reagent,compared with the traditional detection methods,it has the detection speed,simple operation characteristics with high sensitivity and specificity,suitable for the screening and diagnosis of bacterial vaginosis,and there is a certain promotional value.
