摘　　要：骨质疏松症性骨折是一种可预防、可治疗的疾病。治疗包括基础措施和抗骨质疏松药物治疗两方面。基础措施有四方面内容:生活方式的改善、适量的体育锻炼、钙和维生素D的补充、蛋白质的补充。抗骨质疏松药物治疗分骨吸收抑制剂和骨形成促进剂两大类。要掌握好用药适应症、禁忌症、用药原则、疗效监督和用药期限。防止跌倒对减少骨质疏松性骨折有重要价值,次级骨折预防医疗模式——骨折联络服务是对骨质疏松骨折全程管理的关键。Osteoporotic fractures are a preventable and treatable disease. Treatment includes both basic measures and anti-osteoporosis medication. Basic measures have four aspects: improvement of lifestyle,moderate physical activity,supplementation with calcium and vitamin D,and protein supplementation. Anti-osteoporosis drug treatment contains bone absorption inhibitor and bone formation enhancers. It needs to master the indications for medication,contraindications,medication principles,and efficacy monitoring and medication period. Preventing falls is important for reducing osteoporotic fractures. Secondary fracture prevention medical model——fracture contact service is the key to the full management of osteoporotic fractures.
