摘　　要：1995~2005年《山东省志·妇女团体志》编纂对妇女理论尤其是山东妇女理论的研究大有裨益,可以为妇女理论研究提供原创性文化资源和鲜活的研究内容,历炼妇女理论研究的队伍,推动乡土妇女理论研究工作的开展。我们要充分发挥妇女志在新的历史条件下的作用,为和谐山东建设与山东女性的全面协调可持续发展服务。The compilation of Shandong Provincial Chronicles: Women's Group Chronicles from 1995 to 2005 benefits women's study especially the women's study in Shandong.It provides vivid research content and original cultural resources for women's study.It also refines teams of women's study and promote the work of rural women's study.To give full play to the role of women's Chronicles under the new historical conditions will serve the harmonious and sustainable development of Shandong province and women in Shandong.
