摘  要:"以人为本"是新时期教育的重要指导思想。大学生成长过程中存在着性别差异,他们面临的诸多性别困惑影响其健康成长。因此,性别敏感是当前我国以人为本德育的题中应有之义,应以社会性别视角审视德育全过程,将性别敏感作为新时期高校德育体系的新理念。这将有助于解决大学生成长中普遍存在的性别困惑,更好地实现高校德育的育人功能,从而回应当前高等教育的人本主义价值诉求。新时期高校应将性别敏感的教育理念融入德育实践中,从教育目标、内容、方法、载体等层面探索建构性别敏感的高校德育体系。"Human orientated"is the important guiding ideology of education in new era.There are gender differences in university students' growth so that they face much confusion,which influences their healthy development.For this reason,the research believes that gender sensitivity is due content in Chinese human oriented moral education at present,so it is necessary to survey the whole process of moral education from social gender perspective and make gender sensitivity the new idea in university moral education system in new era.This contributes to solving the universal gender perplex during university students' growth and better realizing educational function of university moral education,so as to respond to the humanism value appeal in current university education.In addition,this paper puts forward that it is necessary to integrate the education of gender sensitivity into the practice of moral education,and then construct gender sensitivity university moral education system from the levels of educational objective,education content,education method and education carrier.
