摘 要:针对钢板在定长切割过程中位置和速度跟踪控制的难点问题,研发了基于ARM9工业触摸屏的控制系统,结合伺服电机、光电传感器等对钢板切割机的剪切机构进行控制。重点介绍了如何使钢板运行速度和追踪电机速度同步,实现动态切割,省去了传统机构在送料过程中剪切所需的停顿时间,大幅提高了生产效率。同时可以针对不同长度、不同送料速度进行定长切割。] To solve the problems in positioning and velocity tracking control of steel-plate fixed-length cutting process, a control system based on ARM9 S3C2416 microprocessor with touch screen is developed. Combined with the servo motor and optical encoder, the cutting mechanism in steel cutting machine is controlled. In order to realize dynamic shearing, it focuses on how to synchronize the steel plate speed and tracking motor speed. The time required for shearing of the traditional mechanism during feeding is omitted and the production efficiency is greatly improved. Meanwhile, it can be used for different length and feeding speed.[
