摘  要:为了解决传统的断路器脱扣器采样精度和实时性不高的缺点,设计了一种基于现场可编程门阵列和外扩同步采样A/D的真空断路器智能脱扣器的设计,阐述了其硬件系统的原理和具体设计电路,并对软件设计要点进行介绍,具有三段电流保护和总线通信功能。重点阐述了信号调理电路、脱扣器电路和接口电路。In view of the defects of traditional intelligent release device, such as low sampling accuracy and poor real-time, this article introduced the design of an intelligent release device of vacuum circuit breaker based on field programmable gate array and out-extended synchronous sampling A-D. The principle and circuit of its hardware system were expounded, and the key points of software design were introduced. This controller has functions of traditional three-phase current protection and bus communication. The article focuses on the signal conditioning circuit, release circuit and interface circuit in particular.
