严与实论域下的周恩来人格特质论析

摘　　要：党史上许多生辉的名字,都是严和实的生动范本。作为中国共产党人的优秀代表、精神楷模以及最高层次的高尚完美的理想人格类型,周恩来的人格特质之一就是严与实。从严与实这一特定论域来看,周恩来的人格特质可以初步概括为四个方面,即:党性修养只有进行时,校准讲严从实的价值坐标;树立以人民为中心的权力观,切实做到权力为民所用;突显"从我做起"的自律主体意识,做严以律己之表率;以"三实"理念为行为导向,实践推进向实处发力。There are many famous names in the history of the Party,who are the vivid and strict models in reality.As an excellent representative of the Chinese Communists,a spiritual model and the highest level of noble and perfect personality,ZHOU Enlai's personality is strict and real. Viewed from this particular domain of strictness and reality,ZHOU Enlai's personality traits can be summarized into four aspects,namely: the Party spirit cultivation is always in progress; practically and strictly adjusting value of coordinate; practically establishing a people-centered concept of power to be used for the people; practically highlighting the self-discipline of " start from me" subject consciousness to set an example of strict with oneself and lenient towards others. Only by implying the " three practically" concept for the behavior orientation,can the practice be implemented in to effect.
