玻璃体切除联合白内障手术治疗增生性糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察玻璃体切除联合白内障手术治疗增生性糖尿病视网膜病变(proliferative diabetic retinopathy,PDR)的临床效果。方法:选取我院2013-02/2017-02实施治疗的PDR患者80例83眼,依照治疗方式分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组患者实施玻璃体切除联合晶状体吸出术,观察组患者实施玻璃体切除联合超声乳化吸除术,对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果:与术前比较,两组患者术后视力均显著改善,且观察组术后视力优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组术后的虹膜新生血管(iris neovascularization,INV)和囊膜混浊发生率偏低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在PDR治疗中。AIM:To observe the clinical effect of vitrectomy combined with cataract surgery in the treatment of proliferative diabetic retinopathy(PDR).METHODS:Totally 80 patients(83 eyes) with PDR who underwent treatment in the hospital during the period from February 2013 to February 2017 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the treatment method.The control group was treated by vitrectomy combined with lensectomy while the observation group was treated by vitrectomy combined with phacoemulsification.The clinical curative effect was compared between the two groups.RESULTS:After surgery,the visual acuity of the two groups was improved significantly,and the visual acuity of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).The incidence rates of iris neovascularization(INV) and capsular opacities in the observation group after surgery were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). CONCLUSION:The clinical effect of vitrectomy combined with phacoemulsification is better than that of vitrectomy combined with lensectomy in the treatment of PDR.
