摘 要:采用二乙醇胺对E-44环氧树脂进行改性,制备了水性系列环氧树脂,研究了改性剂用量、反应温度和时间对水性环氧树脂稳定性的影响,确立了最佳的原料配比和反应条件。采用FT-IR、DSC、粒度分析仪等对改性环氧树脂进行了表征,并测试其固化性能。结果表明:当二乙醇胺用量增加时,改性环氧树脂亲水性加强,水性环氧树脂粒径减小,固化性能变差;当二乙醇胺和环氧树脂E-44的物质的量比为1:1,在80℃,3 h反应条件下能够制得亲水性好,固化性能较优异的水性环氧树脂体系。Most of the epoxy resin is only soluble in organic solvents, and these organic solvents are often environmentally friendly, so the use of water-based epoxy resin instead of solvent-based epoxy resin as a new material research. In this experiment, the modified epoxy resin was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, Differential scanning calorimeter, particle size analyzer and so on, and its curing performance was tested. The effects of the amount of diethanolamine, reaction temperature and reaction time on the stability of waterborne epoxy resin were studied. The optimum ratio of raw materials and reaction conditions were determined. The results showed that with the increase of the amount of diethanolamine, the hydrophilicity of epoxy resin was enhanced, the particle size of waterborne epoxy resin becomed smaller and the curing performance was worse. When the ratio of diethanolamine and epoxy resin E-44 was 1 ∶ 1, the water-based epoxy resin system with good hydrophilicity and excellent curing performance could be obtained at 80 ℃ and 3 h.
