摘　　要：住宅产业化是对传统建筑生产方式的突破性变革,对社会经济发展起着巨大的助推作用。随着近年来我国住宅建设力度的加大,我省也进入了住宅产业化的快速发展阶段,各级政府部门日益重视住宅产业化工作。但在发展的过程中,也出现了各种各样的矛盾和瓶颈。本文分析了我省在住宅产业化发展中的问题,借鉴国内外的发展思路和模式,提出了相应的解决策略。Housing industrialization is a breakthrough in the traditional way of building produc-tion,and plays a huge role in promoting social and economic development. With the intensification ofhousing construction in recent years in our country, our province has also entered a stage of rapid de-velopment of residential industrialization. Government departments at all levels have paid increasingattention to housing industrialization. However, in the process of development, various contradictionsand bottlenecks have also emerged. This paper analyzes the problems in the development of housingindustrialization in our province, and draws lessons from the development ideas and models at homeand abroad, and puts forward the corresponding solutions.
