马克思交往理论视阈下的“一带一路”建设

摘　　要：习近平提出的"一带一路"倡议,是对马克思交往理论的运用和发展,是中国对外开放的新举措,是人类现代实践活动的交往追求。"一带一路"倡议的提出,有助于推动我国改革开放的深入发展,有助于形成友好和谐的外交关系,有助于社会文明程度的提高。实施"一带一路"倡议,必须以马克思交往理论为指导,秉承包容、合作、共赢的原则,建设惠及全人类的政治互信、经济融合、文化包容的利益共同体、命运共同体和责任共同体。Xi Jinping’s conception of ＂the Belt and Road＂ is a new strategy to the nation’s opening policy,a communication pursuit of modern practice of human being,and an application as well as development to the Marx’s communication theory.It propels and further develops the nation’s reform and opening policies,helps form friendly and harmonious foreign relationship,and advances the level of social civilization.To apply the concept of ＂the Belt and Road＂ ,we must under the guidance of Marx’s communication theory,following the principle of tolerance,cooperation,and win-win,construct a community of interest,destiny and responsibility which will benefit the whole world and bring mutual political trust,economic integration,and culture tolerance.
