脾氨肽冻干粉联合高频电离子治疗肛周尖锐湿疣疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨脾氨肽冻干粉联合高频电离子治疗肛周尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法:将45例肛周尖锐湿疣患者随机分两组,对照组用高频电离子联合常规治疗,实验组高频电离子联合脾氨肽冻干粉治疗,对比疗效指标。结果:实验组复发率明显低于对照组,症状缓解时间、生活质量评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应对比差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:脾氨肽冻干粉联合高频电离子治疗肛周尖锐湿疣疗效更显著且安全性好。Objective:To investigate the effect of spleen Ammonia peptide freeze-dried powder combined with high-frequency electric ion in the treatment of perianal condyloma acuminatum.Methods:45 cases of patients with perianal condyloma acuminatum were randomly divided into two groups,the control group was treated with high-frequency electric ion combined with conventional treatment,and the experimental group was treated with high-frequency electric ion combined with spleen Ammonia peptide freeze-dried powder treatment,then the efficacy indexes were compared.Results:The relapse rate in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the symptom remission time and quality of life score were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of spleen ammonia peptide freezedried powder combined with high frequency electric ion in the treatment of perianal condyloma acuminatum is more obvious,with high safety.
