摘　　要：针对某贴膜机的气动装置部分进行了设计。介绍了气缸的种类,对气动装置的参数进行设计,包括箱盖气动装置参数设计、滚筒升降气动装置参数设计、夹具松紧气动装置参数设计。分析了箱盖气动装置、滚筒升降气动装置、夹具松紧气动装置所需气压的大小,计算了气缸的主要参数,并算出了所需气体的体积。为贴膜机的气动装置参数设计提供理论支持与设计参考。The pneumatic part of the lamination machine is presented in the paper. The type of cylinder is introduced. The parameters of pneumatic device are designed. The parameter design of the pneumatic device of the box cover,the design of the parameters of the cylinder lifting pneumatic device,and the design of the parameters of the clamping pneumatic device is obtained. The pressure needed of the pneumatic device of the box cover,the cylinder lifting pneumatic device,the clamping pneumatic device is analyzed. The main parameters of the cylinder are calculated and the volume of the gas is calculated. The theoretical support and design reference for the design of the pneumatic device of the laminator is presented in the paper.
