护理干预对住院官兵围术期焦虑情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨综合对住院官兵围术期焦虑情绪的影响。方法将2015年3月一2017年3月中国人民武装警察部队总医院骨科收治的386例武警官兵，随机分为对照组和干预组各186例，对照组采用围术期的常规护理，干预组采用常规护理加综合心理干预措施以及个性化护理干预措施。两组患者在入院后第2天和术后第1天以及出院前1d，分别采用Zung氏焦虑自评量表（self-ratinganxietysea^e，SAS）自我测评对其心理健康进行评定，以了解患者的焦虑情况，并进行效果比较。结果两组患者焦虑情绪在护理前无明显统计学差异（P〉0．05），通过综合护理干预后存在明显统计学差异（P〈0．05）。结论通过综合心理干预以及个性化护理措施使得住院的武警官兵患者的焦虑情绪得到明显改善。患者焦虑水平降低，促使患者积极配合疾病治疗，有利于缩短住院时间，增强术后康复效果。Objective In order to discuss the effectiveness of comprehensive nursing intervention on anxiety symptoms of hospitalized soldiers in the perioperative period. Methods During the experiment, 386 armed police soldiers hospitalized between March 2015 and March 2017 were divided equally into the intervention group and the control group, with 193＂ soldiers in each group, Regular care was provided to the control group, while regular care plus comprehensive nursing intervention was applied to the intervention group. On the second day of hospitalization and one day before discharge, the Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） was used by both groups for self-evaluation and to appraise their mental health status. Results Comparison of experiment results shows no obvious statistical difference （P 〉0.05） in the levels of anxiety of two groups before receiving nursing care, and a marked statistical difference （P 〈 0.05） after comprehensive nursing intervention has been applied to the intervention group. Conclusion It is concluded that comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the anxiety symptoms of hospitalized armed police soldiers. The lowered level of anxiety in turn makes them more cooperative during the treatment, which shortens their period of hospitalization and enhances the rehabilitation effects after operation.ymptoms of hospitalized armed police soldiers.
