摘 要:以提高蛋白质含量和产草量为育种目标,2000年起东北农业大学草业科学课题组对8个紫花苜蓿品种经过单株选育、混合选择,选育出东农1号紫花苜蓿,2017年通过全国草品种审定委员会审定。2007~2009年品种比较试验结果表明,3年平均干草产量10421.67kg/hm^2,比对照平均提高12.88%;蛋白质含量(初花期)平均达22.15%,比对照品种平均提高9.87%。抗寒性强,越冬率大于94%。该品种品质优良,粗蛋白含量高,耐寒,高产,是适合东北寒区人工草地建植、退化草原改良治理、粮改饲和草田轮作的优质牧草。In order to improve the protein content and grass production for breeding goals since 2000 the research group of Grassland Science of Northeast Agricultural University has selected 8 alfalfa varieties by single plant selection and mixed selection,the ‘Dongnong No.1' alfalfa(Medicago sativa L.cv.‘Dongnong No.1')was breed out,passed the national examination and approval of National Grass Variety Approval Committee in 2017.The results of varietal comparison trial showed that the average hay yield was10421.67 kg/hm^2 in 2007~2009,compared with control the new variety production increased by 12.88%,average protein content was 22.15%(initial flowering period),compared with control varieties,increased by 9.87%.Cold resistance,overwintering rate was more than 94%.The new variety was of high quality,high crude protein content,good cold resistance and high yield.The new variety is suitable for artificial grass construction,degraded grassland improving management,crop and grassland rotation in northeast cold area.
