中药外熏洗在肛肠病术后应用

摘　　要：目的探讨中药粉剂外熏洗坐浴在肛肠病术后应用的疗效。方法将109例符合标准患者,按入院顺序分为治疗组57例和对照组52例,治疗组给予中药粉剂(五倍子、苦参、地肤子、艾叶、荆芥、花椒)外熏洗坐浴治疗,对照组给予1:5000高锰酸钾溶液熏洗坐浴治疗;记录2组治疗前后临床症状总积分,排便疼痛评分及缓解时间,创面缩小率,创缘水肿评分,并对药物临床疗效进行评价。结果治疗组总有效率94.74%高于对照组82.69%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且临床症状总积分减少明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),排便后疼痛在短时间内缓解,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),创面缩小率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),创缘水肿评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药粉剂外熏洗坐浴在肛肠病术后应用能明显改善临床症状,促进伤口愈合。Objective To explorer the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigating and washing powder after anorectal surgery. Methods 109 patients with standard criteria were divided into treatment group 57 cases and control group 52 cases according to the order of admission. The treatment group was given traditional Chinese medicine powder （calla Chinensis, Sophora flavescens, belvedere fruit, mugwort leaf, schizonepeta, pricklyash peel） fumigation bath treatment; The control group was given 1：5000 potassium permanganate solution fumigation bath treatment; Record the total clinical symptom scores, defecation pain score, remission time, the wound shrinkage rate and wound margin edema score of the two groups before and after treatment, and evaluated the clinical efficacy of the drug. Results The total effective rate Of the treatment group was 94.74%, which was higher than that of the control group （82.69%）, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）, and the total score of the clinical symptoms decreased significantly with statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）, post-defecation pain relief in a short period of time, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）, the reduction rate of wound was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）, and the score of wound edge edema was lower than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine fumigating and washing powder can significantly improve clinical symptoms and promote wound healing in the anorectal diseases after surgery.
