摘 要:目的考察甲炎康泰颗粒剂的制备工艺。方法通过正交试验优选提取工艺;以成型性、流动性、溶解性、吸湿性为因素考察颗粒剂的最佳成型工艺。结果夏枯草等药最佳水提工艺为加15倍量水、提取3次、每次2 h,提取液浓缩至相对密度1.05(50~60℃),以70%乙醇沉淀过夜;柴胡等药最佳醇提工艺为加6倍量80%乙醇,提取3次,每次1 h;提取液合并浓缩至干,粉碎,按药辅比1:1~1:1.5加入糊精-乳糖3:1的辅料,加1%阿斯巴甜作为矫味剂,以80%乙醇作润湿剂制粒。结论所得工艺合理可行,所得制剂质量稳定,为甲炎康泰颗粒制粒工艺确定及生产环境控制提供科学依据。Obiective To determine the feasible preparation technology of the Jiayan Kangtai granule. Methods The best molding process of granules was studied by the factors of formability, fluidity, solubility and hygroscopicity. Results Results The optimum water extraction process of Prunella vulgaris was adding 15 times of water, extracting for 3 times, 2 hours each time, the extract was concentrated to a relative density of 1.05(50-60 C) and deposited overnight with 70% ethanol. The best alcohol extraction process of Radix Bupleuri and other drugs was adding 6 times amount of 80% ethanol, extracting 3 times, 1 h each time. The extract was concentrated to dry, crushed, supplemented by 1:1-1:1.5, and added dextrin-lactose 3:1 as excipient, added 1% aspartame as flavoring agent, with 80% ethanol as a wetting agent. The obtained process is reasonable and feasible, and the quality of preparation is stable. It provides scientific basis for the determination of granulation process and production environment control of Jiangyan Kangtai granule.
