摘  要:目的考察Ⅱ型ZTC1+1天然澄清剂对土茯苓提取液的澄清工艺。方法采用正交试验设计,以HPLC法测定土茯苓中落新妇苷和黄杞苷保留率及澄清前后固形物清除率为考察指标,优选天然澄清剂的最佳工艺条件。结果Ⅱ型ZTC1+1天然澄清剂用于土茯苓提取液的最佳澄清工艺为先加入2%A组分,再加1%B组分,料液比1:10,澄清时间1 h,温度60℃。黄杞苷及落新妇苷保留率分别为98.71%和98.46%。结论Ⅱ型ZTC1+1天然澄清剂澄清方法较醇沉方法简单,活性成分损失少,适于土茯苓提取液的澄清工艺。Objective To optimum precipitation process of the extract from Smilax glabra Roxb by ZTC1+1-Ⅱnatural clarify agents. Methods Orthogonal design and HPLC method were used to optimize the precipitation process by determination the retention rate of astilbin and engeletin and solids clearance rate. Results Results The optimal process was as follows: herb and solution was 1:10, adding order was component A first(A:B=2:1), the reaction temperature was 60℃, and holding in water bath for 1 hour. Astilbin and engeletin retention rate were 98.71% and 98.46%, respectively. ZTC1+1-Ⅱ natural clarifier with simple operation and less loss of active ingredients, which can be used for clarification process of Smilax glabra Roxb. extract.
