钩芍降压颗粒对原发性高血压患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度、臂踝指数影响的研究

摘　　要：目的:观察钩芍降压颗粒对原发性高血压患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)、臂踝指数(ABI)的影响,探讨其抗高血压致颈动脉硬化的作用机制。方法:将57例原发性高血压患者随机分为2组,对照组30例给予氨氯地平片治疗,治疗组27例在对照组治疗的基础上加用中药钩芍降压颗粒治疗,2组疗程均为180d。比较2组治疗前后IMT、ABI及血压的变化。结果:2组肱动脉收缩压、舒张压治疗后组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),但治疗后组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组治疗前后IMT、ABI组内比较及治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:钩芍降压颗粒通过保护血管内膜发挥抗动脉硬化作用。Objective： To investigate the effect of Goushao Jiangya granuleson carotid intima-media thickness（ IMT） and ankle-brachial index（ ABI） in patients with primary hypertension and its mechanism of action in preventing carotid atherosclerosis caused by hypertension. Methods： A total of 57 patients with primary hypertension were randomly divided into two groups. The 30 patients in the control group were given amlodipine tablets,and the27 patients in the treatment group were given Goushao Jiangya granules in addition to the treatment in the control group. The course of treatment was 180 days for both groups. The two groups were compared in terms of the changes in IMT,ABI,and blood pressure after treatment. Results： Both groups had significant changes in brachial arterysystolic pressure and diastolic pressure after treatment（ P〈0. 01）,but there were no significant differences in brachial arterysystolic pressure and diastolic pressure after treatment between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Both groups had significant changes in IMT and ABI after treatment,and there were significant differences in IMT and ABI after treatment between the two groups（ P〈0. 01,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Goushao Jiangya granules prevent arteriosclerosis by protecting the vascular intima.
