数字化全消化道造影对小肠疾病的诊断价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析数字化全消化道造影对小肠疾病的诊断价值。方法分析2016年5月-2017年4月收治的180例患有小肠疾病患者的数字化全消化道造影X线表现形式。结果通过数字化消化道造影X线表现结果为小肠炎30例、结核28例、小肠肿瘤15例、小肠憩室107例。结论针对小肠病变通过数字化全消化道造影能够清楚、准确发现患者小肠病变位置和累及范围,为临床诊断治疗提供准确的依据。Objective To analyze the clinical application of digital gastrointestinal contrast in the diagnosis of small intestinal diseases. Methods 180 patients with small intestinal diseases treated from May 2016 to April 2017 in our hospital were selected. The X-ray manifestations of digital gastrointestinal contrast were analyzed. Results According to the X-ray manifestations of digital gastrointestinal contrast,there were 30 cases of enteritis,28 cases of tuberculosis,15 cases of small intestinal tumor and 107 cases of small intestine diverticulum. Conclusions For patients with small intestinal diseases,the digital gastrointestinal contrast can clearly and accurately discover the positions and involved organs of small intestinal diseases. It provides the basis in the clinical treatment of small intestinal diseases.
