摘 要:运用真空烧结法分别在不同的加热温度、不同的保温时间条件下制得Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷烧结样品。采用金相定量法分析烧结体的晶粒尺寸;联合Sellars模型和Anelli模型构建了Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷烧结过程晶粒生长动力学模型,通过对实验数据进行非线性回归确定了晶粒生长动力学方程。结果表明:当温度小于1 300℃时,随着保温时间的延长,Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷的晶粒平均尺寸也逐渐增大,但长大速率较缓慢;当温度大于1 300℃时,随着保温时间的延长,Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷的晶粒长大速率先是快速增加,达到最大值后逐渐减小。Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷烧结过程晶粒生长的表观激活能Q=493.67kJ/mol,动力学方程d2.82=d2.820+2.75×1023t1.373exp[-493 670/(RT)]。The sintered samples of Ti(C,N)-based cermets were prepared by vacuum sintering at different heating temperature for different holding time.The grain size was measured with metallographic quantitative method.The grain growth kinetic model of Ti(C,N)-based cermets during sintering was established based on Sellars model and Anelli model,and the grain growth kinetic equation was determined by nonlinear regression analysis of the experimental data.The results show that when the temperature is lower than1 300 ℃,the average grain size of Ti(C,N)-based cermets increases with the increase of the holding time,but the growth rate is slow.When the temperature is higher than 1 300℃,the grain growth rate rapidly increases at first to reach the maximum value and then decreases.The crystal grain growth apparent activation energy of Ti(C,N)-based cermets during sintering is 493.67 kJ/mol,and the kinetic equation is d^2.82=d^2.820+2.75×10^23 t^ 1.373 exp[-493 670/(RT)].
