摘 要:用70% 乙醇回流提取和聚酰胺柱层析的方法得到银杏叶总黄酮,继而用硅胶薄板对总黄酮进行制备性分离,得到3 个黄酮含量较高的组分Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ.进一步研究发现,组分Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ具有较强的抗氧化能力,可以明显地抑制紫外线引起的小鼠肝细胞线粒体过氧化脂质的形成,其中组分Ⅱ的效果最好,当浓度为10 .54 μg/ml 时,抑制率可达60 .3 % .成分结构分析结果表明,组分Ⅱ是以槲皮素为甙元与葡萄糖、鼠李糖或这两者形成的双糖结合而成的黄酮甙类.The total flavonoids was extracted from the leaves of Ginkgo biloba L. by 75% alcohol,purified with polymide column chromatography and separated by TLC.Component Ⅰ、Ⅱ and Ⅲ containing most of the total flavonoids were obtained.Further study showed that flavonoids had a strong anti oxidation effect.They remarkably reduced the level of mitochondria lipid peroxide induced by UV irradiation,and Component Ⅱ was the most effective.When its concentration was 10.54 μg/ml,the inhibitory rate of lipid peroxide reached 60.3 percent.The composition of component Ⅱ was analyzed.The results showed that it mainly consisted of two compounds,both of which were flavone glycosides with quercetin as the aglycon.
